Process carbon reduction: optimize the core production, improve efficiency and reduce emissions from the source, deeply tap the carbon reduction potential of clinker burning through energy-saving technological transformation and process optimization, build oxygen-enriched combustion projects, improve the thermal efficiency of kilns to reduce coal consumption, develop low-carbon clinker, and reduce process emissions. Strengthen waste heat recovery and improve energy utilization. In recent years, the five energy consumption indicators of Wenxi Company have maintained the first level of Energy Consumption Limit for Cement Unit Products GB16780-2021.
Use energy to remove carbon: transform the structure of energy use and promote green transformation. Actively use green power, continuously increase the proportion of renewable energy, vigorously develop the co-disposal and efficient utilization of diversified alternative fuels, effectively reduce carbon emissions from fuel combustion, the proportion of green power reached 12%, and the fuel substitution rate increased to 18%. of raw materials: strengthen the comprehensive utilization of solid wastes, realize waste recycling, continuously reduce the dependence on limestone resources, and realize source emission reduction. At present, the substitution rate of raw materials has reached 19.08%, and the carbon dioxide emission intensity of clinker production accounting boundary is 598.1 kg/t clinker, which is 6.43% lower than that of the previous year. Carbon emission intensity is at the leading level in the industry.
Digital intelligent carbon control: innovation-driven emission reduction, digital intelligent enabling fine management, construction and utilization of dual-carbon management, energy management, quality collaboration, equipment operation and maintenance, intelligent logistics and other integrated platforms, to achieve carbon emission data collection, accounting and analysis of the whole process of online processing. The "carbon footprint" can be traced back and the data risk can be warned.
