Recently, Fujian Quanzhou Meiling Cement Co., Ltd. was punished by Yongchun County Emergency Management Bureau according to law for its major hidden dangers in production safety.
It is reported that on November 21, 2025, the law enforcement officers of Quanzhou City and Yongchun County Emergency Management Bureau of Fujian Province jointly carried out law enforcement inspection on the paper pit cement limestone mine of Quanzhou Meiling Cement Co., Ltd. and found that there were two major potential safety hazards in the mining area, and the type of illegal acts belonged to the management of potential safety hazards in production.
According to Article 102 of the Production Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Emergency Management Bureau of Yongchun County made a penalty decision on December 19, 2025 (penalty decision No.: (Yong) Emergency Penalty (2025) No.13). A fine of RMB 41,000 was imposed on Fujian Quanzhou Meiling Cement Co., Ltd. (Unified Social Credit Code: 91350525660375983L) .
