So far, Henan Province has completely stopped production of 2500 t/d clinker production line (except special cement production line). At present, the clinker production line with the smallest capacity is Nanyang Zhonglian 1 # 3000t/d and Jiaozuo Solid Cement 3000t/d.
In addition, in 2025 , Tianrui Cement Capacity Replacement took the initiative to shut down a 5000t/d clinker line in Tianrui, Yuzhou. Hubo Cement also took the initiative to shut down Yuzhou Lingwei 1 # 4500t/d clinker line through capacity replacement, setting an example for the national cement industry to reduce production capacity.
At the same time, it should also be noted that at present , Henan cement clinker production capacity is still seriously excessive, after the substantial shutdown of 2500t/d clinker line, the remaining production lines are mostly large-scale production lines, the future market competition will be more intense, and more production lines with larger capacity will be shut down in the future.
