In 2025, under the guidance of the three development strategies of "management reform and innovation, technological transformation and investment development, and practical selection and employment", the board of directors and its subsidiaries led all employees to break through in adversity and forge ahead in practical work. Under the background of the national capacity utilization rate falling to 38% , Leida Cement Industry has achieved more than 5 million tons of cement production and 5.17 million tons of clinker production and sales; Under the difficult situation that the utilization rate of Leida steel cord industry dropped from 90% to 75% and the operating rate was less than 60% last year, steel cord, bead wire, hose wire, galvanized wire and steel fiber maintained a booming market, with 88 new users and 220000 tons of sales in the whole year; Leida's hotel service industry still achieved sales of nearly 100 million yuan under the heavy pressure of business banquets, strict restrictions on high-end consumption, and box attendance dropping from 70% to 30%; With the shrinkage of the cement market and the serious excess of transport capacity, transportation logistics still achieved a revenue of 133 million yuan. All employees worked together to tide over the difficulties with "Leida Spirit" and "Leida Will", and achieved the fourth annual brilliance of invoicing sales exceeding 10 billion yuan in the development history of Leida.
01 Management reform and innovation make the assessment system more perfect, further strengthen the quality control, realize the equipment management of the whole staff, the environmental protection management standards are more detailed and practical, the material cost management is in place, and the problems found and solved are implemented on the spot.
02 Investment in technological transformation has improved the efficiency of core industries and significantly reduced the cost of energy utilization.
03 The application of intelligent big data has achieved full coverage of the industry, and has been awarded the certification of five-star Shangyun enterprises in Jiangsu Province and national advanced intelligent factories. The compound talents selected and appointed by the
personnel selection and employment mechanism play a leading role in technological transformation, management improvement and post adherence. Through theoretical examination and practical operation, a large number of craftsmen in mechanical, electrical, automation and chef positions are elected, which injects strong vitality into the development of the group.
Through the coordinated efforts of group departments and branch companies, the stable quality and efficiency of production-oriented units, the upgrading of service-oriented units, the performance of duties and responsibilities of group functional departments, the incremental efficiency of sales and supply, and the strong guarantee of operating funds, under the pressure of complex and changeable market environment and industry competition, the group realized profits and taxes of 358 million yuan in the whole year. The total contribution to the society is 968 million yuan, the investment in technological transformation is 173 million yuan, and the environment of Leida Cement Production Base has taken on a new look.
Leida Steel Cord has continuously obtained the AAA certification of Jiangsu Province's quality reputation and the certification of "Jiangsu Excellent Products". The comprehensive strength of the group ranks 158th among the top 200 private enterprises in Jiangsu Province, the top 100 private enterprises in Yancheng City, and the 7th among the top 50 manufacturing enterprises; the group has been listed in the top 50 business income of China's building materials industry and the top 10 private enterprises, and has been selected as a five-star enterprise in Yancheng City; the achievements of corporate culture construction have successively won the first-class in the national building materials industry and the first-class in the country. This is the result of countless days and nights of hard work by all Leida people, the result of meticulous management of needle-sharp iron cutting, the result of working from dawn to dusk to promote technological transformation, cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, and the result of all cadres and workers'time, sweat, wisdom and selfless dedication. 01 Around the decomposition of production and operation indicators in 2026, the quality of cement, clinker, cord, dishes and room service should be guaranteed to be 100%, and the safety, accident-free, equipment operation rate, equipment intact rate and environmental protection optimization rate should be 100%. In
order to adhere to the main line of "technological transformation, investment and development", Dongtai Cement and Wuwei Clinker have continuously promoted the upgrading of cement industry around digital and intelligent transformation, and the environment and environmental protection have reached the advanced level of the industry. The phosphorized steel wire, hot-dip galvanized steel wire and two new galvanized wires in the third branch of the steel cord company should be put into production as soon as possible; the stainless steel wire and the second phase of the fifth branch of the steel cord company should be started as soon as possible.
03 We should continue to consolidate and promote the quality management of "seven basic management" and "eight assessment and settlement", increase the intensity of grading rewards and compensation, implement the responsibility to people in management, and find out the problems and solve them on the spot.
04 We should accelerate the construction of big data platform for intelligent management, realize the comprehensive integration of data such as safety, quality, output, cost, equipment and facilities, environmental protection, supply and marketing, finance, inspection and assessment, and ensure that all management indicators reach and exceed the leading level in the industry.
