日前，陕西省应急管理厅公示了2019年第一批安全生产不良记录“黑名单”。
经审查，西安泰成混凝土责任有限公司、汉中尧柏水泥有限公司、汉中润达建筑机械租赁有限公司和陕西中兴国防工业工程咨询有限公司等4家企业符合《陕西省安全生产委员会办公室关于印发安全生产不良记录“黑名单”管理暂行规定的通知》（陕安委办〔2016〕114号）第五条规定条件要求，拟纳入省安委办管理的2019年第一批安全生产不良记录“黑名单”，现予以公示，公示期15天。
