Bidding Scope of Successful Candidates: T1 Terminal Area of Guangzhou New Airport includes: T1 Terminal Building, Comprehensive Transfer Center, Parking Building, South Service Area, Landside Traffic and other supporting projects. Among them, the building area of T1 terminal in this phase is 260,000 square meters, with 2 floors underground and 4 floors above ground. The main building is located above the north throat area of the railway station building. The comprehensive transportation center includes the comprehensive transfer center, the parking buildings on both sides of the comprehensive transfer center, and the overnight rooms for passengers. The two underground floors of the transfer center are the rail station hall and the platform floor (this part is within the scope of railway design and implementation). The rail station hall is connected with the level floor of the underground rail check-in hall to facilitate the travel of rail passengers; The planned overnight rooms for passengers are located above the comprehensive transfer center and parking building. The south service area is a ground parking lot in the current phase, and the structure is reserved, and the long-term development is office and commercial. Landside traffic and other supporting facilities include access viaduct, underpass tunnel in front of the building, etc. The single pile of this project bears the design load of 30,000 kN. This bidding project is divided into one bid section, and the bidding content and scale of each bid section: the bidding scope of this project includes: construction of terminal building pile foundation works and terminal area earthwork (including foundation treatment) works.
Bidding content: The construction content of this bidding project is divided into four parts: the main construction contents include: 1. Construction of terminal building pile foundation works; 2. Construction of terminal area earthwork (including foundation treatment) works (relevant requirements for stonework blasting). If the blasting method is used for rock excavation, the bid winner shall obtain the Permit for Blasting Operation Unit (Business) issued by the public security organ, which meets the requirements of the qualification level of the project, and the scope of employment includes "design and construction". If there is no relevant qualification, it shall be reported to the Employer for approval before professional subcontracting.) 3. Intelligent construction work, 4.
