2025, CCTV News "Through 2025" focused on Longji's production base in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, which is not only the first "lighthouse + zero carbon" factory in the global photovoltaic industry , but also a vivid epitome of China's photovoltaic intelligent manufacturing and green low-carbon transformation.

The year 2025 marks the fifth anniversary of the "double carbon" goal. Over the past year, China, which has been moving forward in pursuit of "green", has contributed its wisdom to the global green and low-carbon transformation. Longji Production Base,

located in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, is the first "lighthouse + zero carbon" factory in the global photovoltaic industry. In December 2023, the World Economic Forum (WEF) released the latest batch of "lighthouse network" list, and Longji Jiaxing Base became the first "lighthouse factory" in the global photovoltaic industry. "Lighthouse factory" is not only a demonstrator of "digital manufacturing" and "industry 4.0", but also represents the highest level of global intelligent manufacturing and digitalization.

On the basis of the intelligent manufacturing system of "Lighthouse Factory", Longji Jiaxing Base will continue to promote the construction of zero-carbon factories in 2024, enabling low-carbon production through digital means, helping the base to save energy and reduce consumption, building roof photovoltaic power stations, purchasing green power certificates and carbon credits, etc. Reduce and offset carbon emissions, and build the first "double benchmark" production base certified by ISO14068 carbon neutralization standard.

Longji's factory has an automation rate of more than 90%, and a photovoltaic module is offline every 12 seconds. Such high efficiency is due to the fact that most of the work here is done by AI computing command machines. Through the implementation of more than 30 digital use cases, Longji Jiaxing Base has made AI the brain of production management, improved product quality and reliability by 43%, shortened product delivery cycle by 84%, and reduced the overall unit energy consumption of the base by 20%.

It is worth noting that the roof of this factory will also generate electricity. Longji BIPV products are laid on the roof of about 150000 square meters of factory buildings, generating more than 20 million degrees of electricity annually, equivalent to reducing carbon dioxide emissions by more than 10000 tons and sulfur dioxide emissions by about 600 tons. Compared with traditional photovoltaic power plants, Longji BIPV products have the characteristics of trampling, strong wind resistance, A-level fire prevention and efficient power generation, which provides an innovative model for green upgrading of large public buildings such as industrial plants, airports and gymnasiums. such an advanced factory? In the program, CCTV News intuitively demonstrated the excellent performance of Longji BC components through three groups of comparative experiments.

"The frame of traditional photovoltaic modules is designed to be raised all around, and the surface is easy to accumulate dust after long-term outdoor operation.". After being washed by rain, the dust may harden into silt and stay at the frame. According to the program, this kind of dust accumulation will significantly affect the power generation efficiency and operation safety of the power station. Professional calculation data show that only 9 cm wide ash shelter can lead to about 23% loss of power generation. The Longji BC component with anti-ash deposition design can effectively dredge rainwater, reduce sediment retention, and ensure the long-term power generation income of the power station.

In the fire prevention test simulating the extreme environment at noon in summer, the temperature of the traditional component was as high as 177 C after partial shielding, while that of the Longji BC component was only 102 C under the same conditions, and the balloon remained stable after contact. This is due to its unique bypass-like diode structure, which significantly reduces the risk of fire caused by "hot spot effect".

The subsequent anti-occlusion performance test further confirms its reliability. When the two components are blocked by the same area, the equipment driven by the traditional components almost stops, while the Longji BC component can still output power steadily, effectively alleviating the problem of power generation efficiency drop caused by local blocking such as fallen leaves and bird droppings.

Through experimental verification, Longji BC components are excellent in efficiency, safety and reliability.
