On September 16, the Development and Reform Commission of Hubei Province issued the Opinions of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission on the Energy Conservation Review of the Circular Economy Project (Phase II and Phase III) of the 3 Million Tons/Year Phosphogypsum Acid By-product Cement Admixture of Hubei Dongsheng Industrial Co., Ltd., and agreed in principle with the final revised energy conservation report of the project.
