2025, the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision and Administration issued an announcement on the results of spot checks on the quality of construction and decoration materials in Beijing. Among them, the quality of cement products produced by Tangshan Aocheng Cement , Yutian Chuncheng Cement and Tangshan Hongsheng Cement Economic and Trade Company is not up to standard.
The announcement shows that, in accordance with laws and regulations such as the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China, the Interim Measures for the Administration of Product Quality Supervision and Spot Inspection, and the city's product quality supervision and spot inspection plan, the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision and Administration has focused on the safety and main performance technical requirements of products, and issued a series of regulations. A total of 10 kinds of building and decoration materials, including steel bars, cement, recycled products of building waste, glass for building, water appliances, valves, plastic and composite pipe fittings, wood-based panels, locks and anti-theft safety doors, were organized and spot checked for product quality supervision. Three batches of cement , one batch of water appliances, seven batches of valves, two batches of wood-based panels and one batch of anti-theft doors were found to be unqualified . The main quality problems are the chloride ion, fineness and magnesium oxide items of cement, the water consumption and safe water level items of water appliances, the minimum wall thickness and pipe thread accuracy items of valves, the formaldehyde emission and impregnation stripping items of wood-based panels. The steel plate thickness and hinge installation items of the anti-theft door do not meet the requirements of relevant standards.
The Beijing Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau suggests that consumers and users should pay attention to the following when purchasing construction and decoration materials:
cement: the cement variety and code, the implementation standard number, the strength grade, the name and address of the producer, the production license mark (QS) and number should be clearly marked on the packaging bag. Ex-factory number, packing date, net content, etc. Through the official website of the place of origin and relevant market supervision departments, we can inquire and check the information of product production license and the results of quality supervision spot checks, so as to guard against the purchase and use of unlicensed or unqualified cement products.
