of Fuyuan Hongfa Cement Co., Ltd. is inconsistent with the design of safety facilities, which violates the first paragraph of Article 34 of the Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China. According to the third item of the first paragraph of Article 98, the enterprise is ordered to suspend production and business, and a fine of RMB 102000 is imposed.
