The announcement shows that the original design capacity of Dalian Tianrui Cement Co., Ltd. 2 # cement clinker production line project with a daily output of 5600 tons is 4000t/d, and the supplementary capacity of 1600t/d comes from Liaoyang Tianrui Cement Co., Ltd. 2 # 4000t/d production line (used for the replacement capacity of 2400 t/d). The replacement ratio is 1.5: 1, and the design capacity after supplementation is 5600t/d. The original design capacity
