On December 31, the website of the People's Government of Shangqiu City, Henan Province published a public announcement on the acceptance of the environmental impact assessment of the commercial concrete and water stabilization production project of Shangqiu Funuo Commercial Concrete Co., Ltd. for the period from December 31, 2025 to January 7, 2026 (5 working days).
This project is located at No.88, North of National Highway 310, Nanzhuzhuang Village, Guwangji Township, Yucheng County, Shangqiu City, Henan Province, with a total investment of 30 million yuan, including 550,000 yuan for environmental protection.
The project leases the land and the existing plant for construction, covering an area of 27513. 47 square meters (41.27 mu), with a construction area of 10518 square meters. The main construction contents are to build a new 2 # closed factory building and a closed mixing building, to use the existing factory building to build office areas, rest areas and laboratories, and to use the existing and partially new 1 # closed factory building to build two 240-type commercial concrete production lines and a water-stabilized production line. After the implementation of the project, an annual production capacity of 560000 cubic meters of commercial concrete and 100000 tons of water stability can be formed.
