announced that the company signed the Supply Chain Logistics Transportation Service Contract with Haihui Company, a non-wholly owned subsidiary, on the same day. Haihui will provide supply chain logistics services for cement, clinker , aggregate and other products. The contract is valid from January 1 to December 31, 2026, and the total transaction amount in 2026 will not exceed 3 billion yuan.
