Construction scale: The total land area of the project is about 1667557.26 m2 (equivalent to 2501.33 mu). The total building area is 1616252.75 m2, which mainly constructs energy storage core facilities (including energy storage unit, energy storage control system, energy storage converter system, etc.), energy storage supporting production auxiliary facilities, external transmission supporting faci lities and integrated service facilities, supporting the construction of external transmission related interfaces, dispatching communication facilities, and supporting the construction of external transmission. Roads, water supply pipes, rainwater pipes, sewage pipes, communication pipes, power pipes, ground parking lots, charging piles and corresponding supporting infrastructure (excluding substations) in the production area will be constructed simultaneously. It covers the whole process of energy storage product production, energy storage system construction, energy storage dispatching, external transmission and supporting needs. This project is implemented in two phases: the first phase covers an area of 903184 m2 (equivalent to 1354.77 mu), with a total construction area of 817575. 57 m2, mainly for the construction of energy storage core production facilities and supporting facilities, of which the module finished product warehouse I is constructed by prefabricated concrete. The second phase covers an area of 764363 m2 (converted into 1146.56 mu), with a total building area of 798677. 18 m2, mainly for the construction of energy storage core production facilities and supporting facilities. The project is constructed by stages. After the first-stage construction project meets the completion acceptance conditions, the project completion acceptance and settlement procedures shall be handled first. The tenderee has the right to determine the simultaneous implementation or step-by-step implementation or separate contracting of the second-stage project according to the needs of the project. The construction period of the second-stage project shall be subject to the written notice of the tenderee. The content and scale of the project construction shall be subject to the approved construction drawings confirmed by the tenderee.
