It is understood that the project is located in Jiangsu Province, and the bidding capacity is 400 MW on the AC side .
This bidding project is divided into one bid section, and the bidding scope includes but is not limited to resource development, survey and design, preparation of technical specifications for equipment and materials supplied by Party A, submission, handling, transportation, storage and warehousing management, procurement, transportation, handling, transportation, storage and warehousing management of equipment and materials supplied by Party B. Civil engineering construction of the project, construction preparation, construction and project management of various systems engineering and other supporting engineering. In terms of
performance period, the EPC project of this bidding project is required to be completed within 12 months after the issuance of the commencement notice. The operation and maintenance work is calculated from the first day of the next month when a single set of photovoltaic power station is connected to the grid and the handover confirmation form is obtained, and the operation and maintenance service of a single set of photovoltaic power station is valid for 5 years . Consortium bidding is accepted for
this project . There shall be no more than two units in the consortium, with the EPC general contractor as the lead party, one as the EPC general contractor and one as the operation and maintenance service unit. The unit undertaking the EPC construction task has the qualification of general contracting of power engineering construction at the third level or above, and the safety production license within the validity period. In terms of
performance, the independent bidders or the units undertaking construction tasks in the consortium will start from January 1, 2021 to the deadline for bidding. Performance of distributed photovoltaic EPC project general contracting or PC construction general contracting or main project construction contract operation not less than 30 MW p accumulatively.
Independent bidders or units undertaking operation and maintenance services in the consortium are required to accumulate no less than 1MWp or above operation and maintenance performance of distributed photovoltaic power plants from January 1, 2021 to the deadline for bidding. The time for
obtaining the bidding documents is from 15:55 on May 9, 2026 to 17:00 on May 15, 2026. The bid
closing/opening time is 9:00 on June 2, 2026.
