Zhou Mouwu, the defendant, has been manufacturing and selling counterfeit "conch" cement for a long time. He has been repeatedly punished and still refuses to mend his ways. He continues to commit crimes while awaiting trial on bail. He commissioned others to print counterfeit packaging bags, hired others to fill other bulk cement, and sold it at a price of about 330 yuan per ton. After auditing, it sold more than 1900 tons of counterfeit cement, involving more than 610000 yuan, Chen Mou-mou and Cui Mou-mou provided more than 510000 counterfeit packaging bags. After the prosecution was filed by the Third Branch of Shanghai Procuratorate, the court sentenced Zhou Mouwu to three years'imprisonment and a fine, while the remaining defendant were suspended and fined.
