Build a green building materials engineering technology research center, supporting a number of professional laboratories, the introduction of international advanced testing instruments and equipment, can accurately simulate the impact of deep sea, deep well, high temperature, high pressure and other extreme construction environment on cement performance, to provide full chain technical support for the research and development of personalized cement, special cement, high performance concrete products. Relying on the perfect R & D platform and the integrated innovation system of "production, education and research", enterprises have established long-term and in-depth cooperation with China Building Materials General Institute, Wuhan University of Technology and other top scientific research instituti ons, forming an innovative closed-loop of "customer demand-driven, technology-oriented tackling key problems, results transformation and application, market promotion and landing", and have participated in 22 countries. Deepening green and low-carbon development, several cement kilns have been built to co-dispose solid waste, with an annual solid waste disposal capacity of 600000 tons and an annual consumption of industrial solid waste of more than 300000 tons. Six units of Zhongxiang, Songzi, Jingmen, Yicheng, Jiayu and Shimen were awarded the national green factory, and five units of Zhongxiang, Dangyang, Laohekou, Yicheng and Shimen were selected into the national green mine list, realizing the magnificent butterfly change from "big energy consumer" to "circular economy practitioner".

At the same time, the enterprise bravely acted as the pioneer of digital transformation in the industry, realized 100% numerical control rate of production equipment, built kiln grinding expert system, 5G intelligent mine and unmanned laboratory of the whole process, successfully selected into the national intelligent manufacturing demonstration scenario, the recovery rate of mine resources reached 98%, the dust emission was reduced by 70% compared with the traditional mode, and the production was completed. It has taken a road of technological empowerment, green and low-carbon transformation.
