Gui Tongsheng said that the cement industry is experiencing a structural change in the deep transformation of supply-demand relationship, the fundamental change of competition logic, and the acceleration of industry concentration. Whether cement enterprises can cross the cycle, resolve contradictions and get out of the predicament depends on the determination and choice of all colleagues in the cement industry.
