Looking back on 2025, we have gone through an extraordinary journey together. Standing at the intersection of the successful closing of the 14th Five-Year Plan and the sailing of the 15th Five-Year Plan, China's building materials, guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, focus on the newly approved main industries, open a new situation, solve problems and seek development with the "addi tion, subtraction, multiplication and division method", coordinate steady growth and increase stamina, and continuously achieve new progress and new results in high-quality development.
This year, we have "optimized the stock" and "expanded the increment", and the development momentum has been accelerating. The basic building materials sector has been repaired both inside and outside, and its business performance has been continuously restored. Grasp the transformation and upgrading of intellectualization, greening and internationalization, actively link up the carbon trading market, improve the industry ecology with green action, apply the "Xiaomiao" building materials industry model to more than 140 cement production scenarios, accelerate the promotion of the value chain of the basic building materials industry chain to the middle and high-end, and expand the value increment under the new normal development of the industry. The revenue of the new material sector has exceeded 100 billion yuan for four consecutive years, and the proportion of profits has steadily increased. The first zero-carbon intelligent manufacturing base in the global glass fiber industry has been built, carbon fiber production capacity ranks among the top three in the world, wind power blades have achieved major breakthroughs in the deep sea field, aviation composite materials escort domestic large aircraft to fly in the blue sky, the world's thinnest 1.5mm photovoltaic glass has been successfully mass-produced, and other businesses are also competing in their respective tracks, jointly building a vibrant material industry cluster.
This year, we have "grasped variables" and "strengthened quality", and the vitality of reform and innovation has become stronger. Take scientific and technological innovation as the "number one project", accelerate the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation, and strive to achieve a leap from "0 to N". From the low-expansion glass fiber cloth that breaks the monopoly to the medical low-light night vision technology used for smart wear, a number of key core technology breakthroughs, 21 new materials appeared in the "14th Five-Year" achievement exhibition made in China, highlighting the hard core strength of the "national team" of the material industry. Accelerate the digital transformation and promote the multiplier effect of data elements in the whole business scenario. We will improve the transformation mechanism of scientific research achievements, jointly build the Suzhou Advanced Materials Valley, initiate the establishment of the New Materials Science and Technology Innovation Fund, continuously optimize the capital operation system, effectively promote the deep integration of the innovation chain, industrial chain and capital chain, and provide strong support for fostering the "second curve" of growth.
This year, we "go out", "go in" and "go up", and the global footprint is more solid. Anchoring the strategic direction of "overseas reengineering", strengthening internal and external collaboration, strengthening system integration, providing overall solutions for overseas customers, and continuously improving the internationalization index. A group business promotion meeting was held in Southeast Asia, the first overseas basic building materials equity acquisition project was completed in Tunisia, and the largest and most advanced photovoltaic glass production line was built in Turkey. In Brazil, Uzbekistan, South Africa, Papua New Guinea and other places, the production bases are steadily constructed and operated. The global market share of cement engineering technology services ranked first in the world for 17 consecutive years, and the global market share of cement waste heat power generation continued to lead, bringing the concept of "materials create a better world" into reality.
This year, we "strengthen the root and cast the soul" to ensure high-quality development with high-quality party building. Deeply study and implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping to the central enterprises and the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the Twentieth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, carry out in-depth study and education on the implementation of the spirit of the Eight Provisions of the Central Committee, continuously consolidate and expand the achievements of inspection and rectification, promote the comprehensive and in-depth development of the Party from strict governance, and ensure the steady and far-reaching development of enterprises with a fine style of work. Innovative implementation of "chain" party building, more than 100 upstream and downstream enterprises at home and abroad to participate in the sixth "good use of resources day" open activities, for seven consecutive years in the global brand value of the top 500 list, the effectiveness of rural revitalization fixed-point assistance for six consecutive years was rated the highest level of "good", so that "good use of resources to serve the construction" of the background more distinct.
