Since the hoisting of the first column on May 27, 2026, the project has continuously encountered unfavorable conditions: continuous rainfall in the rainy season in June affects the construction period and construction safety; the surface temperature repeatedly exceeds 43 ℃ from July to August, and the high temperature intensifies the operation intensity and safety risks; frequent sandstorms and dust, frequent power outages in construction, and increased difficulty in site organization. The project team shall organize scientifically and respond actively: first, strengthen the response to sandstorm weather, establish a special group, coordinate wind and dust prevention, monitor the weather in real time, and dynamically adjust the operation plan; second, do a good job in high temperature operation guarantee, operate at different times, provide heatstroke prevention materials, and ensure the health of personnel; Thirdly, we should strengthen the emergency management of power outages, grasp the power supply dynamics, do a good job in backup generator and maintenance, stop dangerous operations immediately when power outages occur, and do a good job in power outage safety protection, check the working conditions of equipment one by one after power supply is restored, eliminate hidden dangers and reduce the loss of construction period. The successful capping of the preheater tower at the
kiln inlet was strongly supported by the owner, the general contractor and other construction parties, which created conditions for the subsequent equipment installation and production line commissioning, and also tested the engineering organization and performance ability of Sinoma Tian'an in the complex overseas environment.
