In order to further strengthen the coordinated management of safety production in the building materials (cement) industry, focus on the common problems and essential needs of safety management in the industry, and build a new pattern of safety development with mutual assistance and co-governance and sharing among enterprises, the founding meeting of the building materials (cement) industry safety alliance in Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province, was solemnly held on the morning of April 22. The responsible comrades of the Municipal Emergency Response Bureau, the relevant comrades of the district (city) Emergency Response Bureau and the representatives of the city's building materials (cement) enterprises attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the participants unanimously adopted the Regulations on the Work of Zaozhuang Building Material (Cement) Industry Safety Alliance and the Implementation Plan of Zaozhuang Building Material (Cement) Industry Safety Alliance after deliberation, clarifying the core purpose of the alliance, the boundary of members'rights and responsibilities, the establishment of organizational structure and key tasks, and electing the first chairman and vice-chairman of the alliance. It marks the formal establishment of Zaozhuang Building Materials (Cement) Industry Safety Alliance, and the industry safety management has entered a new stage of co-governance.
The meeting pointed out that the establishment of building materials (cement) industry safety alliance is an effective grasp to consolidate the main responsibility of enterprise safety production, and an important measure to break the bottleneck of industry safety management and improve the intrinsic safety level of the industry.
