On April 21, Hezhang Branch of Bijie Ecological Environment Bureau of Guizhou Province issued the first public announcement of the environmental impact report of the new dry cement expansion project of Hezhang County Cement Plant Co., Ltd. with a new replacement capacity of 1000t/d clinker . The construction nature of the

project is reconstruction and expansion, with a total investment of 2 million yuan. The new production capacity is replaced by 1000t/d. The original 4000t clinker new dry process cement production line of Hezhang County Cement Plant Co., Ltd. is integrated. The total scale of the project is 5000t/d clinker new dry process cement production line.

Previously, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guizhou Province issued a capacity replacement plan. Longli Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd. transferred 1500t/d production capacity to Hezhang County Cement Plant Co., Ltd. to supplement 4000t/d production capacity to 5000t/d, with a replacement ratio of 1.5: 1.
