Recently, the Department of Ecology and Environment of Guangdong Province issued the "Announcement on Acceptance of Environmental Impact Report for Capacity Replacement Project of 1 # and 2 # 5000t/d Cement Clinker Production Line of Yingde Longshan Cement Co., Ltd.".
The report shows that the capacity replacement of this project comes from a cement clinker production line with a daily output of 3000 tons dismantled by Guizhou Gangan Cement Co., Ltd. and is replaced by the existing 1 # and 2 # clinker production lines according to the ratio of 2: The production capacity of a single production line has been increased from 5000t/d to 5750t/d, and the annual production capacity of the whole plant has been increased from 4.60 million t/a to 4.95 million t/a. The technical transformation scope of the project also includes the replacement of the kiln head burner of the cement clinker line, the transformation of the decomposition furnace, the replacement of the CP grate cooler, the transformation of the spreader box, the replacement of the C5 microcrystalline chute, the transformation of the induced draft fan, and the adjustment of the operation process parameters of the rotary kiln. The total investment of this
technical transformation project is 57.24 million yuan, including 9 million yuan for environmental protection, accounting for 15.7% of the total investment.
