Ruichang Ecological Environment Bureau of Jiujiang City intends to approve the environmental impact report form of Jiangxi Yadong No.1 to No.6 Kiln Alternative Fuel Comprehensive Utilization Project.

1. Project origin: Jiangxi Yadong Cement Co., Ltd. plans to invest 133.09 million yuan in the construction of Jiangxi Yadong No.1 to No.6 Kiln Alternative Fuel Comprehensive Utilization Project in the existing plant area, and plans to build an incinerator beside the preheater. The hot gas from the kiln head is used to burn the combustible general solid waste, and then the hot gas is used as the heat source of the decomposition furnace to reduce the coal consumption of the decomposition furnace. Under the condition of not changing the cement clinker production capacity, the project utilizes the company's existing four 42000t/d new dry process cement clinker production lines in the first plant and two 6000t/d new dry process cement clinker production lines in the second plant to dispose of 598400 tons of general solid waste.

2. Production capacity and product plan of main products: The project relies on cement kilns to co-dispose 598,400 t/a of general industrial solid waste. Solid wastes to be disposed of include: general industrial wastes: waste textiles, waste leather, wood wastes, waste paper, waste rubber, waste plastics, waste composite packaging, combustibles from automobile dismantling, waste filter materials, combustibles from household appliance dismantling, carbon black, wastes from papermaking and printing industry, sludge, urban sewage sludge and other combustible waste resources; Biomass waste: garden waste, straw, crop fruit shell (rice husk, etc.), bagasse, etc.; construction waste: demolition waste, decoration waste, large garbage (scrap furniture) and other combustible waste resources, mainly including waste spinning, paper shell, sludge and other alternative fuels. After the technical transformation, the product quality and performance of Jiangxi Yadong Cement Co., Ltd. will not be affected, and the product applicability will not be affected.
