China Railway Kunming Bureau Group Co., Ltd. : On April 16, 2026, the State Railway Corporation held a teleconference to announce the decision on the adjustment of the main leaders. The appointment and removal decision of the State Railway Group shows that Wang Lizhong was appointed Secretary and Chairman of the Party Committee of China Railway Kunming Bureau Group Company.

Appointment and removal decision of China Railway Group: Liu Zaimin was appointed as the party secretary and chairman of China Railway Jinan Bureau Group Co., Ltd., and no longer served as the general manager of China Railway Jinan Bureau Group Co., Ltd.
