Illegal facts: On March 25, 2026, the law enforcement officers of our Bureau received complaints and reported that Juye Donglin Cement Co., Ltd. used seam-bottom bags to pack cement, which was prohibited by the state. On April 3, 2026, the law enforcement officers of our Bureau, together with the staff of Juye County Inspection and Testing Center, conducted spot checks on the cement packaging bags used by the company. After inspection, the samples failed to pass the inspection according to the GB/T9774-2020 standard. Juye Donglin Cement Co., Ltd. has been producing and selling masonry cement with unqualified products as qualified products since March 12, 2026. Specification and model: P. S. A 32.5, total sales quantity: 170 tons, production cost: 110.6 yuan/ton, sales amount: 114 yuan/ton, profit: 3.4 yuan/ton, total profit: 578 yuan; Total value of goods: 19380 yuan.
Penalty basis: Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China (2018 Amendment).
Penalties: 1. Confiscation of illegal income of 578 yuan; 2. Imposition of a fine of 1.5 times the value of the goods 29070 yuan.
