On August 12, the Department of Ecology and Environment of Guangdong Province issued the "Announcement on Acceptance of Environmental Impact Report of Energy-saving and Environmental Protection Technical Reform Project of 5 # and 6 # Cement Clinker Production Lines of China Resources Cement (Fengkai) Co., Ltd.".
Dismantle a 2500t/d clinker production line of Zhaoqing Jingang Cement Co., Ltd., and replace it with the existing fifth and sixth 4500t/d clinker production lines according to the ratio of 1.5: 1. The production capacity of a single production line is increased from 4500t/d to 5333t/d, forming an annual production capacity of 3.52 million tons of cement clinker.
At the same time, the existing 5 # and 6 # cement clinker production lines and supporting equipment are transformed with energy-saving and environmental protection technology, including SCR denitrification system transformation, high temperature fan energy-saving transformation, kiln head low nitrogen burner transformation, decomposition furnace graded combustion transformation and necessary production auxiliary facilities transformation. Finally, it will meet the national ultra-low emission requirements and advanced energy consumption level, and the total amount of pollutants discharged will not exceed the existing total amount, so as to realize the optimization of production capacity and the upgrading of green production.
