On April 19, Anhui Electric Power announced that the company had recently received the resignation of Mr. Shen Chunshui. Due to job adjustment , Mr. Shen Chunshui applied to resign from the position of chief financial officer of the Company. Thereafter, Mr. Shen Chunshui will continue to serve as the secretary of the board of directors of the Company .
On the same day, the 18th meeting of the 11th Board of Directors of the Company considered and approved the appointment of Ms. Chen Xinyi as the chief financial officer of the Company.
