On April 17, Gaojing Solar Energy and Aixu Shares held a grand signing ceremony of strategic cooperation in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. Zhou Ying, Vice General Manager of Gaojing Solar Energy, and Rui Long, Director of Battery Sales of Aixu Stock Company, formally signed the agreement on behalf of both sides, marking that the strategic cooperation between the two industry giants based on BC technology has entered a new stage of omni-directional, deep-seated and long-term, with a strong joint attitude. According to the agreement, the two sides will strengthen synergy around the silicon wafer-battery-component industry chain. Promote the formation of an efficient linkage industrial coordination mechanism:
· Technology and process synergy : continue to deepen joint exploration around the BC technology route, focus on promoting the synergistic optimization of cost reduction and efficiency enhancement processes such as low silver/de-silver, and continue to promote the optimization of product performance and cost structure.
· Capacity and supply chain synergy : strengthen the systematic connection between capacity planning and raw material supply, build a stable, highly resilient and low-cost supply chain system, and enhance the overall delivery capacity and risk resistance level.
· Market and channel synergy : Integrate global market and customer resources, focus on high-value application areas, jointly expand the application space of BC high-efficiency components, and consolidate and expand the market leading position.
Earlier, on November 29, 2024, Gaojing Solar and Aixu successfully held a signing ceremony for strategic cooperation, formally opening the two sides based on promoting the development of new photovoltaic productivity . Work together to build in-depth cooperation in the BC ecosphere.
According to the agreement, Gaojing Solar will join hands with Aixu to realize the large-scale production of BC modules by cooperating with Aixu in the three fields of silicon wafers, batteries and modules on the basis of respecting intellectual property rights and combining its own advantages in silicon wafer manufacturing and module packaging.
At the same time, in terms of market expansion, the two sides will also integrate sales channels and customer resources, strengthen joint brand promotion, and jointly develop domestic and foreign photovoltaic markets . Promote the wide application of BC modules in distributed photovoltaic, large ground power stations and other scenarios.
