Recently, a delegation from Indonesia's leading local energy PT Ares Perkasa Indonesia (PT API) visited China and formally signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on strategic cooperation with TCL Solar. The two sides will form a tripartite consortium with Danantara Indonesia, Indonesia's state-level sovereign investment institution, to jointly bid for the development of large-scale local new energy projects.

Indonesia is the core market for clean energy development in Southeast Asia , and the local PV installation target is planned to reach 100GW in 2029, which has great potential for development. PT API, which has been deeply engaged in the local energy track for many years, holds mature government and enterprise resources, can efficiently connect with Danantara, State Grid PLN and various project investors, and is the core local strategic partner of TCL Solar in developing the Indonesian market.
After the
field visit to Inner Mongolia Super Intelligent Manufacturing Base and the signing of the contract, the PT API delegation went to TCL Central Inner Mongolia Industrial Park to carry out a special investigation. As the world's leading integrated photovoltaic manufacturing base, the park opens up the whole process intelligent production line of crystals, silicon wafers and components , and is the core production base of G12 large-size silicon wafers and high-efficiency BC components, relying on the industry 4.0 automatic production system, to achieve large-scale, low-carbon, high-quality and stable delivery.

The delegation visited the single crystal pulling workshop, precision slicing production line and BC high-efficiency component packaging workshop in turn, observed the whole process of fully automatic production from silicon rods to finished components, and focused on investigating the core performance of BC components adapted to tropical high temperature and humidity climate. In-depth understanding of the park's whole process quality control system, low-carbon production technology and mass overseas order delivery support capabilities.
During the visit and exchange, the Indonesian delegation highly recognized TCL Zhonghuan's complete vertical industrial chain, high automation capacity, and the outstanding product advantages of N-type BC components adapted to Indonesia's local working conditions. The two sides fully exchanged views on key issues such as the landing of TKDN local plant, the selection of tropical photovoltaic power plant components, the guarantee of overseas mass supply, and long-term technical collaboration, so as to align the path of follow-up projects.
