Recently, the reporter learned from Linkou County, Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province, that the overall progress of the North Far East Cement Clinker Production Line Project, the only newly built cement clinker project in Northeast China during the 14th Five-Year Plan period of China Building Materials Group, has been completed by 90%. The installation and commissioning of various equipment are progressing in an orderly manner, and the formal ignition trial production is expected to be realized in August this year.
It is understood that the project is located in Jiantang Town, Linkou County, with a total investment of 1.05 billion yuan, which is a benchmark green low-carbon project to promote industrial transformation and upgrading and expand the building materials industry cluster in Linkou County. The project plans to build a complete set of intelligent production system for mining, raw material preparation, clinker firing, product storage and transportation, supporting the construction of 9 MW waste heat power generation facilities, relying on advanced production technology, to achieve the coordinated development of energy saving, consumption reduction, green environmental protection and efficient production.
Since the start of construction, Linkou County has made every effort to do a good job in ensuring project elements, handling formalities, tackling difficult problems and other services, keeping a close eye on time nodes and compacting construction responsibilities. Construction units seize the golden period of construction, optimize the construction plan, refine the construction tasks, and make every effort to promote the completion of the project, equipment commissioning and other work to ensure that the project is put into operation on schedule. After the
project is put into full operation, it is estimated that the annual output of cement clinker will be 1.8 million tons, the average annual sales revenue will be 447 million yuan, the tax revenue will be 80 million yuan, and nearly 100 new jobs will be created, which will effectively complement the shortboard of regional building materials industry, optimize the local industrial structure, promote the high-quality development of Linkou County economy, and promote the development of regional economy.
