Meizhou Tapai Group Jiaoling Xinda Rotary Kiln Cement Co., Ltd. is located in Wenfu Town, Jiaoling County, Meizhou City. It has a complete 5000 t/d new dry-process rotary kiln cement clinker production line and supporting waste heat power generation system (the original Xinsheng Power Plant) . It is now proposed to dispose of the clinker production line of the company, and the list of main assets is detailed in the annex below. The bidding for disposal matters shall ultimately be carried out by the company in accordance with the requirements of legal procedures and regulations.

of the subject matter The subject matter to be disposed of is the clinker production line assets of Jiaoling Xinda Rotary Kiln Cement Co., Ltd. of Meizhou Tapai Group, mainly including mechanical equipment, structures and other assets, which are to be disposed of through bidding. Location of the

2. Qualification requirements
for applicants 1. Legal legal entities.
2. Legal entities shall provide certification documents to establish their legal status, including business licenses, qualification certificates, copies of identity cards of legal representatives or authorized representatives.
3. There is no record of abnormal operation or serious violation of law in the national credit system in the past three years.
