On April 20, the tender announcement for EPC general contracting of 85MW ground distributed photovoltaic power generation project in Mengshan County of Xulang Energy was issued.
According to the announcement, the project is funded by self-financing of 221 million yuan , and the tenderer is Yunnan Xulang Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
This project is to use the general agricultural land (garden plot) and unused land in Mengshan County, Wuzhou City, Guangxi Province to install solar panels for photovoltaic power generation, with an installed capacity of 85MW on the DC side . It is proposed to adopt 10kV voltage level to connect 10kV bus of nearby substation or T to connect nearby 10kV public line, with a total of 17 access points. The final access scheme shall be subject to the approval of the access system of the power grid company. The scope of
project bidding includes resource development and formalities, engineering survey and design. Procurement of all equipment and materials of the project (including procurement, transportation, unloading, secondary transportation, storage site and storage of components , inverters , brackets, cables, power distribution equipment and other equipment, materials and accessories), engineering construction, commissioning and grid connection. Project acceptance, etc. Consortium bidding is accepted
in this tender . There shall be no more than 3 units in the consortium, and the leader of the consortium must be a unit with construction qualification and undertaking the construction task of the project, and meet the following requirements:
the planned construction period of the project is 12 months . The time for obtaining the
bidding documents is from 9:00 on April 21, 2026 to 17:00 on April 27, 2026. The bid
closing/opening time is 9:30 on May 12, 2026.
