Recently, the intelligent commercial concrete station project of Hebei Jinyu Dingxin Cement Co., Ltd. has been officially completed and put into operation. The total investment of the project is 50 million yuan, with a planned annual capacity of 1.2 million cubic meters. The landing and commissioning of the project effectively complements the shortcomings of the enterprise building materials industry chain and injects new momentum into the development of the regional building materials industry in the direction of high quality, greening and intellectualization.
Walking into the factory area, the environment-friendly aggregate mixing building on the top stands tall. It is understood that the station is equipped with two 240 environmentally friendly intelligent mixing equipment, which integrates efficient production, intelligent control and green energy saving. Relying on independent mine resources and complete aggregate processing and cement production system, the enterprise can produce a variety of conventional cement and special cement. The core equipment of the
station adopts the mixing host imported from Germany, which can fully meet the production needs of high-end high-grade concrete and achieve stable production and high efficiency. The hourly production capacity of the equipment can reach 240 cubic meters, and the exclusive storage device can store finished materials in advance, accurately connect transport vehicles, and realize seamless connection between production and discharge. The green low-carbon production mode has been fully implemented in the plant area, with 9 sets of charging piles, 6 electric production forklifts and more than 40 electric mixer trucks, effectively reducing production energy consumption and pollution emissions.
In addition, the intelligent management and control system runs through the whole production process. The large screen in the central control room displays the core data of equipment output, energy consumption and operation status in real time, and the staff dynamically monitors and precisely regulates the whole process. During the shutdown interval, technicians regularly carry out comprehensive inspection of equipment, timely investigation of hidden dangers, maintenance of equipment, and all-round guarantee of safe, stable and efficient operation of the production line.
