of Baotou Mengxi Cement Plant is located in the west of Kundulun River and south of Kunmiao. The land in the factory area covers an area of 207907. 6 ㎡ (about 311.86 mu), and the state-owned land use certificate has been obtained. The land type is industrial land, and the use right type is transfer.

of Yakeshi Mengxi Cement Co., Ltd. I. Basic Information of
the Project Yakeshi Mengxi Cement Co., Ltd. was founded in 1986 and merged into Inner Mongolia Mengxi Cement Co., Ltd. in March 2003. In 2004, more than 80 million yuan was invested to build a new dry process clinker production line with a daily output of 1500 tons. In 2020, due to industrial upgrading, the whole new and old cement clinker production lines were eliminated and dismantled, and the production plant was idle. Special railway lines, 35kv substations, office buildings, canteens, dormitories, residential buildings and other office facilities have been retained.
Yakeshi Mengxi Cement Co., Ltd. is located in Wunuer Town, Yakeshi City at the western foot of Daxinganling Mountains, 60 kilometers north of Yakeshi City. The factory covers an area of 521368. 8 square meters and has obtained the state-owned land use certificate. The land type is industrial land, and the use right type is transfer. In
the plant area, there are:
1. An office building with five floors, with a usable area of 1862 square meters;
2. Four residential buildings with five floors, with a usable area of 7000 square meters;
3. Staff canteen, staff dormitory and staff hospital area, with a usable area of 3838 square meters;
4. Complete industrial power supply system and production, living and other supporting facilities, suitable for industrial production, processing and manufacturing, logistics warehousing, apartments for the elderly and leisure clubs.

Project Established in June 2008, Ordos Shengyuan Cement Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Inner Mongolia Mengxi Cement Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 50 million yuan.
The company's factory is located in Daolaogou Community, Buri Duliang Village, Hantai Town, Dongsheng District, with a cement grinding production line with an annual output of 1 million tons. Its main assets include office building, grinding workshop (including 3.2 * 13 M mill), packaging workshop, finished product warehouse, clinker storage shed and other complete production facilities and equipment. The factory covers an area of about 93.23 mu; The nature of the land is: industrial land, of which 3572.84 ㎡ has obtained the real estate certificate and 58582, and 55 ㎡ has obtained the state-owned land use certificate.
