The plan shows that a total of 49 clinker production lines in Hubei Province will participate in peak staggering in 2026, and the total number of days of kiln shutdown is planned to be between 45 days and 150 days. In addition, the capacity of the 2500t/d clinker production line of Zhuxi Ruicheng Cement and a 2500t/d clinker production line of Huaxin Jinlong Cement (Yunxian County) has been replaced, and the production has been suspended throughout the year.

On April 10, Hubei Provincial Department of Economy and Credit issued the "Announcement of Peak-Staggered Production Plan for Cement Production Enterprises in Hubei Province in 2026".

The plan shows that in 2026, a total of 49 clinker production lines in Hubei Province participated in peak staggering, and the total number of days of planned kiln shutdown was between 45 and 150 days. In addition, the 2500t/d clinker production line of Zhuxi Ruicheng Cement and a 2500t/d clinker production line of Huaxin Jinlong Cement (Yun County) have been replaced and stopped production throughout the year.
