Recently, the ecological environment departments of Huai'an in Jiangsu Province and Jinan in Shandong Province have issued announcements to approve the EIA report forms for the technical renovation projects of cement grinding production lines of two building materials enterprises.
On April 1, the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Jinhu County, Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, announced that according to the relevant provisions of the approval procedure for environmental impact assessment of construction projects, after examination. On April 1 , 2026, our Bureau made an approval decision on the environmental impact report form of the intelligent technical transformation project of the cement grinding production line with an annual output of 1.3 million tons of Jiangsu Shanhe Cement Co., Ltd.
According to the introduction, according to the needs of the market and the requirements of the national industrial policy, Jiangsu Shanhe Cement Co., Ltd. intends to invest 100 million yuan to build an intelligent technical renovation project of the cement grinding production line with an annual output of 1.3 million tons, to upgrade the existing 600000 tons production line in the factory area, and to upgrade the production line with an annual output of 1.3 million tons. The grinding production line will be transformed into intelligent equipment (proportioning additives for grinding). At the same time, four new cement silos and eight new bulk machines will be built. After the completion of the project, an annual production scale of 1.3 million tons of cement will be formed.
On April 2, Zhangqiu Branch of Jinan Ecological Environment Bureau of Shandong Province made an announcement on the approval decision of the Environmental Impact Report Form for the Project of Jinan Zhengzhitai Building Materials Co., Ltd. with an Annual Output of 900000 Tons of Cement Grinding Station. The 900,000-ton cement powder station project of
Jinan Zhengzhitai Building Materials Co., Ltd. is located in the existing factory area of Jinan Zhengzhitai Building Materials Co., Ltd. in Wendong Village, Wenzu Street Office, Zhangqiu District, Jinan City. The total investment of the project is 37.51 million yuan. In the existing factory area, the production line is transformed to eliminate 54 sets of backward equipment such as cement mill and ball mill crusher. 29 sets of equipment such as ball mill and roller press will be added, and the original cement grinding line will be upgraded to a high-efficiency and energy-saving cement grinding production line with a medium 3.8 m * 13 m ball mill and a roller press for pre-crushing. After the completion of the technical transformation, the annual output of cement in the whole plant will be 900,000 tons.
