Recently, Shandong Cement Industry Association issued the "Notice on Peak Staggering Production of Cement Clinker Enterprises in Shandong Province in April".
The notice said that since the end of peak-staggering production in the heating season on March 16 and the resumption of production by cement clinker enterprises, clinker stocks in the province have continued to rise under the overall downturn in market demand.
To implement the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, The spirit of the Notice on Strict Implementation of Normalized Peak Staggering Production of Cement (Lu Gong Xin yuan (2021) 212) and the Notice on Smooth and Orderly Development of Cement Industry (Lu Gong Xin yuan (2024) 250) issued by the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment and other seven departments of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology actively resolves the impact of high clinker inventory. While promoting safe production and preventing hidden dangers in safe production, the association decided to organize and implement peak staggering production in April after extensive consultation with enterprises.
The peak shifting period is from April 11 to May 5, totaling 25 days;
the implementation object is the clinker production line of cement clinker enterprises in the province (including the special clinker production line, excluding the chemical supporting clinker production line of Shandong Lubei Chemical Co., Ltd.).
