Chairman of Datang New Energy to Resign

On August 5, Datang New Energy announced that due to work adjustment , Datang New Energy Co., Ltd. Mr. Ying Xuejun intends to resign from the positions of chairman, executive director and chairman of the strategic committee of the board of directors of the Company with effect from the date of appointment of the new director at the general meeting of the Company.

At the same time, Mr. Zhao Gang was nominated as a candidate for executive director of the Company with effect from the date of approval by the shareholders at the shareholders' meeting. According to
