Create a new situation of high-quality development by upholding integrity, innovation and practical work. Yang Dan, secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of the board of directors of
the company, attended the meeting and made a speech. Zhang Dehua, member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager, presided over the meeting. Wu Zude, member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager, reported the production and operation in the first half of the year. The meeting pointed out that in the first half of the year, in the face of the overlapping challenges of cyclical downturn and structural contradictions in the industry, the company strengthened its strategic self-confidence, strengthened its market traction, and made every effort to promote the quality improvement of the production side, the innovation of the investment side, and the lean and strong foundation of the management side, and made great achievements in the difficult situation. Yang Dan emphasized that at present, the company is in the period of survival breakthrough, status remodeling and layout optimization, and opportunities and challenges coexist. In view of the work in the second half of the year, Yang Dan put forward six requirements:

Thirdly, we should adhere to the knife-edge inward, deepen internal reform, conscientiously plan a new round of state-owned enterprise reform, deepen a series of special reforms, steadily promote the construction of adaptive organizations, constantly deepen the reform of the three systems, strictly carry out rigid assessment, and release the momentum of development.
Fourth, we should adhere to innovation drive and promote transformation and development. Focusing on the cultivation of new quality productivity, we should highlight the transformation of digital intelligence, green efficiency, accelerate the integration of development, the layout of new formats, and accelerate the transformation of business development momentum.
Fifth, keep the red line of the bottom line and build a solid guarantee for development. Firmly consolidate the safety production base, systematically promote quality and environmental protection management, do in-depth and detailed compliance management, risk prevention and resolution, and consolidate the safety development force.
