3, Sinoma International announced that the company had recently signed the Equipment Supply Contract for Itor I Clinker Cement Production Line (Line 3 and Line 4) in Ogun State, Nigeria, with Itori Cement Co., Ltd., which belongs to Dangote Group. The total contract value is 476 million US dollars (about 3.216 billion RMB).
According to the contract, Sinoma International will provide the owner with equipment supply services for Line 3 and Line 4 in Itori, Ogun State, Nigeria, covering a complete set of workshop equipment and materials from limestone crushing workshop to cement storage for two cement production lines with a daily output of 6000 tons.
The contract shall come into effect upon signing, and the payment shall be made in US dollars, and the settlement shall be made in the mode of advance payment, progress payment and final payment. The delivery period shall be 24 months for clinker delivery and 25 months for cement delivery after the construction period is calculated, and the delivery mode shall be CIF Lagos Port and/or CIP Murtala Mohammed International Airport. The warranty period of the equipment is 12 months after the production line reaches the standard.
