On July 30, the Guizhou Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the Announcement on the Demolition of the Main Equipment of the New Dry Cement Production Line with a Daily Output of 2500 Tons of Clinker of Dafang Yonggui Building Materials Co., Ltd. In accordance with the requirements of the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in Cement and Glass Industry (2024 edition) (No.206 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), it has been checked and accepted by Bijie Bureau of Industry and Information Technology. The rotary kiln and other main equipment of the new dry process cement production line with a daily output of 2500 tons of clinker of Dafang Yonggui Building Materials Co., Ltd., which have been used for capacity replacement of Anhui Guangde Hongshan Southern Cement Co., Ltd. and Anhui Guangde Southern Cement Co., Ltd., have been dismantled and no longer have the conditions for clinker production capacity, which is hereby announced.
It is understood that Dafang Yonggui Building Materials Co., Ltd. was registered and established in June 2009, located in Guizhou Dafang Economic Development Zone, Dafang County, Bijie City, Guizhou Province. It is an investment attraction enterprise of Dafang County Government, with a registered capital of 14480 0.76 million yuan and a total investment of 540 million yuan. Through asset restructuring in September 2013, it is now a subsidiary of China Building Material Guizhou Southwest, which is jointly owned by Guizhou Tianshan Cement Co., Ltd. (82.8686%) and Dafang County Enterprise State-owned Asset Management Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in cement clinker production and sales, supporting 6MW waste heat power generation system. It is designed to produce 1.2 million tons of cement annually.
