It is an investment attraction enterprise of Dafang County Government, with a registered capital of 14480 0.76 million yuan and a total investment of 540 million yuan. Through asset restructuring in September 2013, it is now a subsidiary of China National Building Material Guizhou Southwest, jointly owned by Guizhou Tianshan Cement Co., Ltd. (82.8686%) and Dafang County Enterprise State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in cement clinker production and sales.
