In midsummer, the river city is full of vitality. It is a great pleasure to gather with you in Wuhu, Anhui Province, the city of innovation, to attend this annual technical event of the cement industry. Here, on behalf of China Cement Network, I would like to express my warmest welcome and heartfelt thanks to all of you!
2026 is the first year of the "15th Five-Year Plan", and the cement industry is in the deep water area of transformation. The pressure of carbon reduction, the rigid demand for energy conservation and the wave of intellectualization are intertwined and superimposed, and the challenges are unprecedented. With the completion of the first round of carbon market performance, the tightening of carbon quotas has become a foregone conclusion. The transition from "double control of energy consumption" to "double control of carbon emissions" means that low-carbon transformation is no longer a choice question, but a necessary question for the survival of enterprises. Faced with the reality of demand contraction and profit pressure, the traditional production mode has been unsustainable. We must be soberly aware that energy conservation, carbon reduction and cost reduction are two sides of the same coin. Whether it is the application of alternative fuels or the synergy of wind, light and storage, it is not only the hard constraint of policy, but also the lifeline for enterprises to cross the cycle and stabilize their benefits.
However, the traditional "segmented" production and "artificial" scheduling are difficult to carry the multiple objectives of emission reduction, consumption reduction and cost control. Data islands, logistics inefficiency and other persistent illnesses call for the digital remodeling of the whole link. Only by relying on artificial intelligence to open up the whole process from mine to factory, landing digital factory and unmanned shipment, and truly activating "data productivity", can we find a new way of high-quality development. After more than 20 years of
deep cultivation in the cement industry, China Cement Network has always been in the same frequency resonance with the industry. Relying on the deep industrial accumulation, we have built a large data system covering the whole industry chain, covering cement, sand, concrete, photovoltaic glass and other categories of index monitoring, which can real-time judge the market operation situation of key regions in the country. At the same time, we focus on the deep landing of "industrial brain + digital factory", integrate AI technology into the production management scenario of enterprises, and make data core asset of enabling enterprises to improve quality and efficiency, and help the transformation and upgrading of the industry.
Facing the future, we will continue to cultivate industrial data services and release the value of digital intelligence. One is to deepen data governance. Promote data from "Kanban" to "decision-making", and build an integrated service system of carbon management and energy-saving diagnosis. The second is to accelerate the landing of AI. Focus on cracking the pain point of "heavy construction, light effectiveness", and promote a complete set of solutions for digital factories and unmanned intelligent shipping. The three is to expand the global horizon. Relying on mature digital capabilities, it helps China's cement technology and equipment sail to sea. At the same time, we will continue to broaden the platform boundary, extend the layout of crystalline silicon, photovoltaic and energy storage tracks, closely follow the opportunities of new power system construction, explore a new mode of integration of "source, network, load and storage", and accelerate the low-carbon transformation of industry. The transformation and upgrading of the
industry is by no means a solitary struggle, but requires the concerted efforts of all elements of policy, technology, data and capital. This conference is closely related to the theme of "double carbon leading, energy saving and cost reduction, digital intelligence empowerment", and accurately responds to the urgent needs of the industry. The conference focused on the pain points of carbon market, the proportion of renewable energy consumption and the intelligent upgrading of the whole process, and brought together top experts from the Energy Institute of the Development and Reform Commission, Wuhan University of Technology, Huawei and Conch to analyze the technical path of reducing costs and increasing efficiency. At the same time, it released a number of authoritative lists of ESG, sales and alternative fuels in the industry, and organized field visits to the digital exhibition hall of Conch Group to help enterprises find the right direction and seize the opportunity in the green transformation and digital change.
Dear colleagues, the era of change calls for determined pioneers. The original intention of China Cement Network to promote green innovation in the industry remains unchanged, and it will continue to be a firm colleague in the high-quality development of the industry based on data and driven by innovation in the future.
