On April 2, Yiyun shares and Ningde Times formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement at Yichun Base in Ningde Times. Zhao Hui, Vice General Manager of Yiyun Co., Ltd. and Wang Chunhui, Executive Vice President of Ningde Times Bus Business Department signed the agreement on behalf of both sides. Shi Fan, Chairman of Yiyun Co., Ltd., General Manager of South China Management of Ningde Times and Ding Aijun, General Manager of Yichun Times, attended and witnessed the signing of the agreement.
As early as July 2016, Yiyun shares opened the first pure electric inter-city bus line in Yichun City (Yichun to Wanzai). Its core power system is equipped with lithium iron phosphate batteries in Ningde era . The large-scale use of new energy vehicles has significantly reduced operating costs, and the fuel cost per kilometer has been reduced by more than 60%. Since then, Yiyun shares have replaced more lines with new energy vehicles, covering more than 160 townships.
This cooperation will upgrade the relationship between the two sides from simple battery use to full life cycle collaboration. Ningde Times promotes the development of vehicle aftermarket through authorized service stations, Ningjia service and other modes, landing commercial vehicle power battery maintenance and testing business. Relying on the existing 31station resources of Yiyun Stock Company, the two sides will discuss and promote the construction of an integrated energy station of "optical storage, charging, replacement and inspection". It integrates the functions of photovoltaic power generation, energy storage , power exchange, V2G bidirectional charging and discharging . The bus will further enhance the value of battery life cycle utilization through the mode of "charging at low power consumption and reverse discharging at peak power consumption".
