It is understood that the two projects of this cooperation are the 60MW/120MWh energy storage project in Marfleet, England. And a 150MW/300MWh energy storage project in Neilston, Scotland. Both

projects were developed by Apatura, a British energy infrastructure company specializing in large-scale battery energy storage and digital infrastructure development, and have been acquired by Drax Group, which will be included in its FlexGen (Flexible Generation and Regulation Resources) portfolio in the future.

The Marfleet project is scheduled to start equipment delivery in the third quarter of 2026, and the Neilston project is expected to start equipment delivery in early 2027.
