On March 31, Atlas Sunshine Power Group announced that Atlas Energy Storage, a subsidiary of its energy storage solutions business, will be the leading renewable energy company in the UK. Two energy storage projects in the UK provide battery energy storage systems with a total scale of 420 MWh .
It is understood that the two projects of this cooperation are the 60MW/120MWh energy storage project in Marfleet, England. And a 150MW/300MWh energy storage project in Neilston, Scotland. Both
projects were developed by Apatura, a British energy infrastructure company specializing in large-scale battery energy storage and digital infrastructure development, and have been acquired by Drax Group, which will be included in its FlexGen (Flexible Generation and Regulation Resources) portfolio in the future.
The Marfleet project is scheduled to start equipment delivery in the third quarter of 2026, and the Neilston project is expected to start equipment delivery in early 2027.

in the UK According to the agreement, Atlas Energy Storage will provide its SolBank 3.0 battery energy storage system for the above projects. At the same time, Atlas Energy Storage will provide operational services for the project in accordance with the signed long-term service agreement, covering full-cycle services such as system operation monitoring, preventive maintenance and performance analysis.
