China Resources Group reported on July 24 that on July 23, China Resources (Group) Co., Ltd. held a meeting of managers above the middle level. Relevant responsible comrades of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee announced the decision of the party Central Committee on the readjustment of the chairman of the board of directors of the China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd.: Comrade Wang Haimin was appointed chairman of the board of directors of the China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. and was removed from the post of chairman of the board of directors of the China Travel Service (Holdings) Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong; and Comrade Wang Xiangming was removed from the post of chairman of the board of directors of the China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. The appointment and removal of relevant posts shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations.

public resume shows that Wang Haimin graduated from Shanghai Maritime University, majoring in transportation economics, and received a master's degree in business administration from Fudan University. He has more than 20 years of experience in the operation and management of shipping enterprises, and has rich experience in container transportation, terminal operation and enterprise management. stepped down as chairman of China Resources (Group) Co., Ltd., was born in 1963.

According to reports, the predecessor of China Resources is the "Lianhe Bank" established in Hong Kong in 1938. In 1948, Lianhe Import and Export Company was reorganized and renamed China Resources Company. In 1952, the subordinate relationship was changed from the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to the Central Ministry of Trade (now the Ministry of Commerce). In 1983, China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. was reorganized and established.
