Inner Mongolia: Announcement on Chifeng Lumeng Special Cement Co., Ltd. with a Daily Output of 2867 Tons and Ordos Qingneng New Materials Co., Ltd. with a Daily Output of 3300 Tons of New Dry Process

In accordance with the requirements of the Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the Issuance of the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (2024 edition) (No.206 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology). According to the Request for Public Announcement on the Supplementary Capacity Replacement Plan for the Cement Clinker Production Line of Chifeng Lumeng Special Cement Co., Ltd. (CGXF [2025] No.185) issued by the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Chifeng City and the Report on Qingneng New Materials of Ordos City issued by the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Ordos City, According to the Report on the Announcement of the Replacement Plan for the Supplementary Capacity of the New Dry Process Cement Production Line of the Limited Company (E Gong Yi Zi [2025] No.158), Xintianshan Cement Group Co., Ltd. of Arukhorqin Banner has a registered clinker cement production line with a capacity of 2500t/d. Equipped with φ4.0 × 60m new dry precalcining kiln process, it is planned to replace 1300 tons of production capacity of Chifeng Lumeng Special Cement Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as Lumeng Special Cement) and 1200 tons of production capacity of Ordos Qingneng New Materials Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as Qingneng New Materials) respectively according to the replacement ratio of 1.5: 1. The Cement Association of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region organized experts to verify and confirm the output of Lumeng Special Cement and Qingneng New Material Clinker Production Line. Our office has completed the announcement of the replacement plan for the supplementary production capacity of the cement clinker production line with a daily output of 2867 tons of Lumeng special cement and 3300 tons of Qingneng new materials, which is now announced.
