"If the equipment is stable, the production will be smooth, and if the hidden danger is eliminated, it will be safe and secure." This is the heartfelt words of an engineer who has long adhered to the first-line cement enterprise of equipment guarantee. Any link in the installation, operation, inspection and maintenance of
equipment should be standardized. Especially after disassembly and maintenance, it should be restored to the original factory state of the equipment, which should not exist or be left in place, which is essentially a potential safety hazard.
The following figure shows the pin structure of an equipment. The pin shaft is provided with a stop baffle, and the baffle is fixed on the pin shaft lug frame through two bolts. In any state, the baffle plate shall not be loosened to cause the displacement of the pin shaft or the relative rotation of the pin shaft and the lug frame.

In order to ensure the above requirements, first of all, ensure that the two bolts fixing the baffle cannot be loosened. Or a bolt with a hole at the head of a hexagonal head is used, and after the installation, the two bolts are braided with a low carbon steel wire to prevent loosening; or a gasket shared by the two bolts is manufactured, and after the installation, the flange is turned to prevent loosening. But from the picture, no measures have been taken to stop loosening. In case the bolt is loosened, causing the baffle to move and the pin shaft to slip from the ear frame hole, it will be a solid equipment accident. The initial factory state of the
equipment should be a complete structure with a pin stop, and maintaining the initial factory state of the equipment is the first factor for the stability of the equipment.
