4.5 million tons/year! Another new cement project was put into operation on August 10!

Recently, Bim Son Cement Co., Ltd. held the opening ceremony and commissioned the cement grinding and bagging project. At the same time, the opening ceremony of the project was held to celebrate the 120th anniversary of Vietnam's cement industry and the completion of the company's headquarters.

The total investment of the cement grinding and packaging technology system transformation project is nearly 93 billion Vietnamese Dong, with an annual production capacity of 1.5 tons, including a cement grinding plant with a capacity of more than 210 tons per hour. Cement silos with capacity of 30,000 tons in 5 bays, 2 baggers with capacity of 240 tons/hour, synchronized infrastructure and road system for production. After trial operation, the project will be officially put into operation on August 10, 2019, increasing the company's cement production capacity to 4.5 million tons per year.

Commissioning of Cement Grinding System Transformation Project-Bagging Technology < br/>

After the project is put into operation, it will solve the problem of insufficient cement grinding output, reduce production costs, diversify products, maintain stable product quality, meet all customer requirements, and meet the requirements of rapid conversion of cement types.

In particular, with modern technology, the line will minimize the environmental impact of dust and noise. The cement product PCB 40, especially the bulk PCB 40 for construction, will gradually replace the conventional PCB 30 cement.

This is a project chosen by Vietnam Cement Industry Company to celebrate the 120th anniversary of Vietnam Cement Industry and the 40th anniversary of Bim Son Cement Company. On the same day, Bim Son Cement also opened its new office.
